Our white wine, made from 100% Vidal, is delicate with subtle earthy notes. Fermented for two weeks in neutral French oak barrels and aged for six months, in the same, allowing its personality to fully shine.
Tasting Notes – Dry, with bright acidity and subtle nutty undertones hinting at beurre noisette.
Varietals – 100% Vidal
Pairings – It loves a fresh summer salad or a light pesto dish. For something more casual, try soft cheeses or a tangy aged cheddar. Focaccia with olive oil and rosemary or even a handful of simple crackers makes an easy, delicious match.
