When you complete your reservation, you accept these Terms and any other ones that you’re provided with during the booking process.

Experiences

Legal Drinking Age

By booking this experience with consumption and/or purchase of alcohol, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Late arrivals

Clients must notify Château Ste-Agnès of late arrival if more than 15 minutes from their scheduled start time. If you are late this time will be taken off the allocated time for the experience and will end at the scheduled time. No discounts will be awarded for late arrivals.

Cancellation & no shows

The following cancellation limitations will apply for Château Ste-Agnès experiences. 

Guided Tours

The following cancellation limitations will apply. Cancellations or modifications to the reservation can be made up until 24 hours of the scheduled experience time without penalty. Refunds can only be made to the purchaser and the amount will be refunded directly to the original method of payment. If Client fails to show up for their reserved experience no refund will be given. 

SPONTANEOUS PICNIC

The following cancellation limitations will apply. Cancellations or modifications to the reservation can be made up until 48 hours of the scheduled experience time without penalty. After 48 hours a penalty of 40$ per guest will be charged. Refunds can only be made to the purchaser and the amount will be refunded directly to the original method of payment. If Client fails to show up for their reserved experience no refund will be given. 

SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE

The following cancellation limitations will apply. Cancellations or modifications to the reservation can be made up until 48 hours of the scheduled experience time without penalty. After 48 hours a penalty of 40$ per guest will be charged.Refunds can only be made to the purchaser and the amount will be refunded directly to the original method of payment. If Client fails to show up for their reserved experience no refund will be given. 

Tasting & Entrance

The following cancellation limitations will apply. Cancellations or modifications to the reservation can be made up until the day of the experience without penalty. Refunds can only be made to the purchaser and the amount will be refunded directly to the original method of payment. If Client fails to show up for their reserved experience on the reserved day no refunds will be given. 

Intimate Luxe Picnic For Two

The following cancellation limitations will apply. If the client requests cancellation (7) days in advance of their experience, the client will be entitled to a full refund. If the client requests cancellation after (7) days of the scheduled experience, the client will not be entitled to a refund however will be given a credit for their paid amount towards the experience and can reschedule their booking for a later date up until 48 hours prior to the experience start time. Any cancellations or modifications made 48 hours or less prior to the experience start time will be charged a penalty equal to 80$. If Client wishes to reschedule their booking after 48 hours they will be subject to the 80$ penalty and will need to re order the grazing boxes for their rescheduled experience. If Client fails to show up for their reserved experience no refund will be given. 

Social Luxe Picnic

The following cancellation limitations will apply. If the client requests cancellation (7) days in advance of their experience, the client will be entitled to a full refund. If the client requests cancellation after (7) days of the scheduled experience, the client will not be entitled to a refund however will be given a credit for their paid amount towards the experience and can reschedule their booking for a later date up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience. If Client has reserved grazing boxes, any cancellations or modifications made 48 hours or less prior to the experience start time will be charged a 40$ per head penalty. If Client wishes to reschedule their booking after 48 hours they will be subject to the 40$ per head penalty and will need to re order the grazing boxes for their rescheduled experience. If Client fails to show up for their reserved experience no refund will be given. 

Cancellation due to weather

Applicable to any booking that involves a picnic experience
The picnic shall be carried out under weather conditions which are deemed favorable enough in the reasonable judgment of the owner within the specifications. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions on the date specified for the picnic, the picnic shall be rescheduled to take place on another available day within 48 hours of the reservation, during our opening hours, that both parties agree thereafter that weather conditions permit.

Final guests count

Applicable to the Social Luxe Picnic experience only
Any Guest(s) attending the Social Luxe Picnic Experience over and above the amount reserved are subject to an additional surcharge equivalent to the cost per guest (adult, and/or child). No changes are possible to said head count within (7) days of the Social Luxe Picnic Experience.

Clients obligation

We reserve the right to charge the client the total replacement value for any items or possessions that are missing, broken, altered or show signs of being used beyond what is considered normal wear for the duration of the experience. If a client fails to return any items used during their experience including tasting flights, picnic blankets & baskets to the boutique following their experience, the Client authorizes Château Ste-Agnès to charge the total replacement value for any items missing or damaged on the credit card used to process this order.

Email opt-in

You agree that Château Ste-Agnès may, from time to time, send you emails updating you on products and experiences, marketing materials and promotional offers via email. You may opt-out of such communication by contacting info@chateausteagnes.com.

Stays

Cancellation & no shows

The Client can cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up until 30 days before arrival. If the Client cancels or modifies within 30 days prior to arrival up until 72 hours prior to arrival, they will be charged 50% of total price. All cancellations and changes must be received at least 72 hours prior to expected arrival or a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation will be charged. If Client wishes to modify their reservation within 30 days prior to arrival for different dates, subject to availability at no additional cost to the Client, their reservation will be transferred to a Non-refundable rate.  In case of no-show, the Client will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Clients obligation

We reserve the right to charge the Client the total replacement value for any items or possessions that are missing, broken, altered or show signs of being used beyond what is considered normal wear for the duration of their stay. Any damage to property, rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular house or suite. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Theft of the following valuables but not limited to these items will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest based on the following replacement costs per item missing: Bath Towel 30$; Hand Towel 20$; Face Towel 10$; Bath Mat 20$, Shampoo Bottle 20$, Conditioner Bottle 20$, Nespresso Machine 350$; and/or Marshall Speaker 400$.

No Parties

The Client agrees that no parties or other festivities are to take place in the houses or suites.  

No Smoking

The Client agrees that no smoking is allowed inside any of the houses or suites. We reserve the right to charge the Client a minimum fee of $1000 for cleaning and restoration charges in addition to their stay if the Client does not respect our non-smoking policy. Any additional fees will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.

No Pet allowed

The Client agrees that pets are not allowed in the houses or suites. Unauthorized pets may result in a flat charge of $500.00 + any extraordinary cleaning charges. Any additional fees will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.
