White Wine

Our white wine is a blend that consists of mostly Vidal hybrid grape as well as small amounts of Riesling, Geisenheim and Gewürztraminer … it’s giving floral vibes. Vidal is a hardy grape, and its thick skin allows for strong resistance to cold and produces high natural acidity. During the pressing process the juice was removed from the skins quickly to maintain a fresh, crisp finish, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Vidal produces wines that have bright acidity, and don’t typically need much aging. Which makes for a refreshing and crisp easy-drinking wine so the good times can roll.
