Our Artisanal Red wine, made from 100% Petite Pearl, is a true vin de soif, light, smooth, and irresistibly easy to drink. It’s fermented for two weeks in neutral French oak barrels and aged for six months in the same barrels. Best served slightly chilled and shared in good company.
Tasting Notes – Cherry, red fruits, a hint of vanilla and a subtle touch of molasses.
Varietals – 100% Petite Pearl
Pairings – Blue cheese, ribs, or a loaded charcuterie board. It also shines alongside brisket and all things BBQ.
Story of the label – This beautiful shell fountain offers a gentle nod to Aphrodite. Found at the entrance to our château’s ballroom, it stands as a symbol of love and beauty. Art by Angela Keating a local artist from Sutton.
