Late Harvest Wine
$65.00
This wine hates to brag, but it’s won numerous awards including a silver and bronze at International Wine and Spirit (IWSC) Competition in London. To make the late harvest wine, it is the traditional icewine method that is used, where grapes are hand-picked off the vines in the winter at about -10º C. Immediately afterwards, they are pressed and a precious nectar is extracted. This heavenly nectar is then slowly fermented to produce the late harvest wine… but enough about our Late Harvest, let’s make sure its head doesn’t get too big.
