Our Red wine, made from Marquette, is earthy and complex, with beautiful depth and character. It’s fermented for two weeks in neutral French oak barrels, then aged for six months in the same barrels. Enjoy now or age for 2-5 years for even greater complexity.
Tasting Notes – Earthy and complex with layers of red fruit, beets and balsamic. A subtle smokiness and a spicy kick round it out.
Varietals – 100% Marquette
Pairings – Steak or a decadent beef Wellington. It also loves hanging out with Italian dishes and won’t say no to a little dark chocolate for dessert!
