Introducing… our first vintage of orange wine. The grapes were fermented on the skins for 30 days, with a wild yeast fermentation and no oak exposure. The result is a pleasant, easy-drinking orange.
Tasting Notes – Moderate tannins, with refreshing acidity.
Varietals – 90% vidal, 10% riesling, geisenheim, and gewürztraminer.
Pairings – Loves a good charcuterie board and has a crush on woodfired pizza.
Story of the label – Statue of a young Bacchus frolicking in front of our pressing room. Art by Christiane Roy a local artist from Sutton.
