A perfect introduction to the world of Orange wines, our Orange Wine blends Vidal and Geisenheim with a three-month skin contact maceration. It’s fermented for two weeks in neutral French oak barrels, then aged for six months in the same barrels, resulting in an expressive wine best enjoyed under the sun.
Tasting Notes – Tangerine, soft white flowers, a touch of vanilla and a lingering finish of Earl Grey.
Varietals – 80% Vidal and 20% Geisenheim
Pairings – Has a crush on wood-fired pizza, olive focaccia, and fragrant curries.
