Our Red Pet-Nat is a playful blend made from 95% Vidal and a touch of fermented red grape skins. Fermented for two weeks in neutral French oak barrels before being bottled for its natural second fermentation. It’s a light, trendy wine made for easy sipping and good times.

Tasting Notes – Cranberry, red raspberry, and cinnamon candy. Light-bodied and dry with a fruit-forward profile.
Varietals – 95% Vidal and 5% fermented red skins
Pairings – This beauty loves to hang out with fun, flavorful dishes. Think cheese boards, tacos, sliders & wood oven pizzas.
Story behind the label – An aerial perspective of our vineyard’s main plot, viewed through a creative lens, where nature and art intertwine. Artwork by Angela Keating, a local artist from Sutton.
